Installation Guide: Single Touchscreen POS System with Cash Drawer, Thermal Printer, and Barcode Scanner
Step 1: Unboxing and Preparation
- Unbox all the components: touchscreen POS system, cash drawer, thermal printer, and barcode scanner.
- Carefully remove any packaging materials and set the components on a clean, stable surface.
- Ensure that all necessary cables, power adapters, and connectors are included.
Step 2: Setting Up the Touchscreen POS System
- Place the touchscreen POS system on the desired location, ensuring proper ventilation and accessibility.
- Connect the power adapter to the POS system and plug it into a power outlet.
- Follow the manufacturer's instructions to power on the POS system and complete the initial setup, which may involve configuring the operating system, language, and network settings.
Step 3: Installing the Thermal Printer
- Position the thermal printer near the POS system for easy access and connectivity.
- Connect the appropriate cables (usually USB or Ethernet) from the printer to the POS system.
- Power on the thermal printer and follow any on-screen prompts or instructions to install the necessary drivers and software.
Step 4: Installing the Cash Drawer
- Place the cash drawer within reach of the POS system.
- Connect the cash drawer cable to the designated port on the POS system. This cable is often connected to the receipt printer.

Step 5: Installing the Barcode Scanner
